Trinity has been participating in Project Understanding’s Thanksgiving Food Basket program since its inception in 2011.  All food donated from our congregation is distributed by Project Understanding to families-in-need within our local community.  If you feel called to support this worthwhile endeavor, following is a list of non-perishable food items requested for Project Understanding’s 2021 Thanksgiving food baskets:

  • Package instant mashed potatoes 
  • Boxed stuffing mix
  • Canned yams (sweet potatoes)
  • Canned/package turkey gravy 
  • Cranberry sauce
  • 2 cans vegetables

Please drop off food at the church by noon on Wednesday, November 17.
